The NH2 Warranty
Because of our commitment to quality and service, we have included a 1-2 Year Warranty on your new home. Your warranty coverage is administered by StrucSure Home Warranty, a company that provides insurance-backed new-home warranties to builders across the United States. Like many types of insurance, the hope is you will never need it, but if a problem emerges, you’ll be glad you’re covered. These warranties are in addition to manufacturer warranties and protect you even if Newcastle Homes were to go out of business, not that we’re planning on going anywhere.
