I was pleased enough with their work that I referred Newcastle to my boss for a construction job he wanted done on his own property, and he did end up hiring them with great success. And I was thrilled afterward to receive Newcastle's promised referral fee for that too. That deal seemed almost too good to be true, but they do what they say they will do.

The Newcastle Homes team was fantastic to work with. They made a home addition go so smoothly and it came out beautiful. I'm so impressed by the talents and care the Newcastle team took. They were the only team we interviewed who was honest with us from the beginning about the challenges we might face with permitting. Luckily, we were able to find a solution and their team executed it effortlessly. They saved us so much money with their honesty. They were also very communicative with texts every week and weekly progress reports. I was also amazed at the care they took with ensuring our comfort during construction to make sure our family was not impacted by construction dust. They were creative with ensuring they kept all construction outside of the house until the very last minute to minimize any disruption. I plan to use them again and highly recommend this phenomenal team.

We have had an excellent experience with Newcastle Homes. We bought a house they had built on spec in 2020 and have been living here ever since. I waited to write a review to make sure that everything held up and it has! We really liked the simple clean design they used with a few nice features that made it stand out from the rest. The layout was well thought out and has proven to be very functional. We had a few minor warranty tweaks in the beginning and Newcastle responded very quickly. I have reached out since the warranty expired with random questions and they continue to help me. For example, a repair man I hired put a huge scratch in our kitchen floor and Newcastle emailed me the original manufacturer's info so I could order replacement boards. We also found the video they took of different stages of construction to be super helpful. I highly recommend them!!

We bought a home by Newcastle Homes almost a decade ago and have loved making it our home! Not only has the house proven to be well-built, the process with Newcastle was great AND Lex and his team ALWAYS took care of us over the years!
